SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We are always working hard to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed Mon-Saturday are processed and shipping within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or (most) holidays, but will be processed immediately on the following working day. We greatly appreciate your patience through this process.

We provide free USPS First-class shipping on all U.S orders

If you prefer to get your package overnighted instead, please email us at sales@shopusstamps.com to make those arrangements prior to ordering. You will be responsible for the difference in shipping rates.

After you place your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation and within 24 hours you will receive another email with your tracking number. If you fail to receive any of the two confirmation emails, please feel free to email us at sales@shopusstamps.com. We will be happy to resend a copy of your confirmation email(s).

For larger orders you may be required to sign for your package, so please lookout for the details in your tracking confirmation notification to make sure you are present at the time or delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from shopusstamps.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue store credit for any returned merchandise or a full refund on your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package.

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 2 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. We may require a photo and/or the original item to be returned when providing a resolution.

If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our returns center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or change for a replacement unit.

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise MUST be in original packaging, unused and sealed as you received it. Once your package is received, we will process a refund or provide you store credit for another purchase.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
